HIRING: Head of Player Development
Halifax City Soccer Club is excited to announce the opening of a key leadership position: Head of Player Development. This role will oversee the club’s performance programming (AAA/AA) in partnership with Inter Halifax SC, lead long-term player development strategies, and work closely with coaches to implement age-appropriate, high-quality training across all levels.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the future of player growth within the club and supporting the technical partnership with Inter Halifax SC. This includes guiding U12-U13 development programming, aligning with Canada Soccer’s standards, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate soccer professional ready to help elevate our programs and players.
